Good assessment, you won't hear the truth from misguided Apple nuts. I had Mogul, switched to ATT and got the Tilt, then iPhoneG3... now hoping to go back to Sprint and Mogul.

IPHONE IS NOT A PDA! Ask apple they will be the first to tell you. Not to mention you are captive to Apple's warped sense of proprietary everything.

Here's what the iPhone won't do:
no SD Card
no video recorder
notes outlook (no sync)
book reader (not mobipocket compatible)
orb (blocked)
tasks outlook (no sync)
no teather laptop
no file manager
no copy paste
no context menu
slow internet, no bars
