"[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\ConnMgr\Providers\{7C4B7A3 8-5FF7-4bc1-80F6-5DA7870BB1AA}\Connections\Phone as Modem]
"Enabled"=dword:00000000"
was the gps bug. Disabling this makes "phone as moden" off. In which was having a issue in calling the agps server when a actual " Data Sprint Pcs" was already active.
Again good job hellomcfly!

I just found this thread and am hoping that it resolves my GPS issues.
To get it right, the "Phone As A Modem" needs to be disables...right? So what is the correct registry value to "disable" this...?...I'm a little confused.
Thanks
