OK Total Weirdness - Tried the IPOD headphones again this morning with the splitter and voila... they work. Have no idea why they wouldn't work last night...... BUT here's the thing.... I plugged in my USB to the bottom of the splitter WHILE I'm listening to the IPOD headphones and I LOST all my Internal Storage songs. I could only play the two tunes that come with the phone.

I suspect it's because I connected to USB as a drive and now ALL the internal stored files are inaccessable on the phone. I think I ran into this before when I tried to install a CAB that I had just transferred over. I had to sever the connection first and then all was OK.

As for ActiveSync, don't get me started. I still have yet to get my Hotmail pushing email at me or syncing in any way. I set it up initially and got all my contacts (I keep them all in one Hotmail account so I can get them anywhere on any machine), but now the email won't update with new messages. My Rogers account is fine and I get new emails whenever I ask for a sync.
