I was the one that posted the info about my initial concerns with upgrading my phone on a old Sero plan. When I did tried the first time they transfer me to the EVP department which asked for all that info such as sprint rep's email address and employee code to purchase an upgrade. Similar to you I am on an older Sero account which never required customers to know that info. So here is what i did, i called telesales again the next day and spoke someone different and they took my order for the diamond. I wasn't transferred to the EVP department that required all that info. I place my order through the regular telesales. So basically just call the regular telesales number and if someone there transfer you to this EVP department hang up and call back. You know Sprint is that one company that you can always bet on inconsistency and this time it payed off for me. Good Luck !
