If the mods don't mind, I've taken the liberty of putting the files i've gathered togther from here and there in order to get xda's manilla 2d.CAB as complete as I can at this point. If this post is seen unnecessary or unfit, please remove.
Working on Sprint/Vogue/NexVison's Rom
Edit : 5 file max reached, so I put ONLY the relevant files in..
HTC_Diamond_Album_QVGA.zip(required for some to add contacts/programs)
XDA-Team_Opal_Volume_Control.zip(optional diamond touch screen volume controls)
OBX-Opera_9.5Build1957.WWE.zip(required to make "globe" tab functional) <-search for it
HTC_YouTube.zip(required to make "youtube" icon to work) <--also search for it... regedit to point to YouTube.exe in \Windows" directory in HKLM>Software>HTC>Manilla2D>Internet Widget>Customized>0 - Key "CustomizedURL" and "CustomizedIcon" - \Windows\YouTube.exe and \Windows\HH_INTERNET_YOUTUBE.bmp, then soft reset.
htchome-2.1-n2a.cab.zip(required HTC diamond theme make weather, contacts, programs to work in some custom rom that do not HTC home)
GoogleMaps_compressed.zip(required for "search" tab)
Black_Manilla2D.zip(optional black skin - unzip files into "device \Windows folder")
