No really go ahead and try to take it...
That's great seams that you are correct nuguy it is free and can be redistributed so I am adding the cab to this post. This is a nice program but it is lacking the one thing that I like most about weather panel, today screen radar, I like being able to take a quick look at the radar. Here is the ADBWeather Plus v3.17 cab if anyone wants to try it.
