Killed my ram tho, had 22MB now down to 10MB, definitely made for vogue not titan. Gonna to tinker with it some more, some registry tweaking to see if i can make it perform faster but overall a great addition

On Nuerom3pre1 with a bunch of stuff, I have it running with 19 megs to spare while using a 12 Meg pagepool. Booting with 30 megs free BTW with smooth access to the tabs/apps.
You need HTC Diamond Album.cab for the photos and videos to work. Might be a memory issue when you crash though.
Youtube link is fixed with this instruction after installing HTC youtube app from XDA
