For everyone having trouble...
go to:

then just download all the cabs that they provide links for and follow these instructions...
Install Instructions: - Install AdobeFlashLite 2.1
- Install Samsung Omnia SMPlayer/Touch Player
- Install Opera 9
- Install Samsung Omnia Today Plugins
- Put your pictures into \\My Documents\\My Pictures folder on your device (not storage card)
- For Kaiser/Other device with screen height 320 Install SJ GrandP_320.cab and Install SJ DCINOBAR.cab to remove the taskbar.
I didnt install opera and i didnt do the picture thing untill later (all it is, is for different backgrounds).
Then go to goddbody's post on this thread (post #74) and download the file he provided. Remember to thank him! Unzip the file to your device and use total commander to move the dll file to your windows folder.
Once you installed
every thing on the xda site, go to settings>today>items and uncheck everything except samsung widgets.
Just make sure you follow every instruction! Hope it helps. Remember to thank me if i helped you out!
