there is something seriously wrong because i have been using the phone for a month and installed an unknown amount of 3rd party apps. i even got the threaded 6.1 sms back without these problems. what have you installed/ restored from previous backup. and make sure that your wife is not installing anything into the phone without your knowledge. any error messages would be cleared with a hard reset and if you are still experiencing the same problem there is something serious going on. have you had any similar problems with phones other than the mogul?
