Trust me when I say I'm not doing anything wrong. Also, don't take me otherwise, GPS does work, just not as exceptional as I thought it would be. Juicy said it won't work in my condo, so I guess that's that.

TELUS's rom was cab'd and QPST'd. Nothing worked after that. Then I did the recent GPS cab breakthru where the IPs had to match, and TC released a newer cab, and right before I flashed Juicy it worked outside my window.

This morning however, I'm waiting for the streetcar, and I don't get any sats for more than 60 seconds. Fire up Garmin XT, and wait for 30 secs, and it gets sats. Then, I close it and re-start GMaps, and there we go.. it works. In my perfect world, it would just work without needing Garmin XT to kiss Gmaps AS5 a little.
can you check to see what your setting are in the external gps buttin in the settings tab
