Does anyone know if he has a GNU GPL license on his software? He should add it to everything NOW and send cease and decist letters to all of the violators - after the license is added they would be in violation of copyright law.

Maybe he could also add something like this to all of his threads:

You may NOT link to this post or download for any commercial interest. Unless the program is described and labled as freeware on the site in which it is linked from, you may NOT provide the means for obtaining this software.
