I have to agree. The diamond and the touch pro haven't even come out yet. Does the diamond even have a real official release date to the stores . Anyways with these 2 phones not even out, how long do you think it will be before sprint or verizoin get that phone. If you want to keep using your mogul with only 46 ram so you can keep your rebate for a phone that won't come out for at least a year then by far go right ahead.
