not to mention that sprint has plenty of refurbished moguls waiting for you, i couldnt imagine the look on your face when they take your old mogul in for fixing and call you back for another 'new' mogul while people like me walk in and out of the store with a shiny new touch pro

I guess i have a question though for anyone who knows about sprint policy, i purchased the a900 june of 06 along with a new 2 year contract on sprint. in febuary 07, i had enough of random shut downs, sprint didnt offer me any discount but i went ahead and got the m1... i later went on to buy a mogul off of ebay. Long story short, 2 phones bought without sprint giving me any discount... if i resign my contract oct 19, will I be able to get that 299 price?
