Its official....

I emailed Sprint and got the ok to exchange my 800W after the 30 day exchange policy for a Touch Pro. This phone is horrible and im sick of returning it. Im on my 3rd phone in less than a month. First one had a useless speakerphone, the second would freeze once it was fully charged and my current one has the bad speakerphone again. Battery life is rediculous, it wont last a day when used for anything more than brief calls. Whats the point of a "smart" phone if you need to leave it on standby to have battery power. Even my Mogul lasted atleast until the evening if I used it heavily.

Just wanted to let you guys know incase theres anyone else sick of this phones behavior and might be interested in contacting Sprint for a exchange deal.
