heres what i currently do:
home pc: active sync ONLY syncs contacts

work email: exchange server - i absolutely do not hook it up to a pc to sync or change settings... it's all done OTA through the https server.
if i'm not mistaken those resolutions are for people who have access to the exchange server settings.. which obviously i dont

i just flashed to ghettos rom, its going to the initial setup now... i'll let you know if exchange works properly!
