Correct. There is only one exchange. but remember there is a loop on that. When you go for the exchange ... dont say you want a exchange. tel them you want a refund because you don't like it. Then hit another store and buy the Pro. Remember... you have a 30 day risk free guarantee. If you tell them you want to get the pro and want to return the Diamond, then they will do a exchange. then you are screwed. Just say you want your money back because you did not like the phone.
