Thanks again, Well this time I reflashed the rom 3.35.671.9 with radio 03.37.20 and soft reset before the customizations. *228 option 2 from home, reboot. Installed google maps (v2.2.0.19) on device. Ran the program with the use GPS option on for 10mins. (20KB.Initializing GPS/ with retrys)...no crash. Installed the gps enable files (all four) soft reset. Made sure all the GPS settings were correct: GPS Program port-com4, GPS Hardware port-none, Baud rate-4800, Manage GPS automatically-checked and also location settings-on. soft reset. Ran Google maps, GPS option on and a lock of 6-8 sats in 30 seconds. But this time after about 2-3 mins of lock crash!!! go figure. What the HELL can it be?
