You can still do ICS with 6.1 but like was said earlier, you need to add the right things in the kitchen to make it work. Trail and error my friend. Thats all I can telly ou on that one. We all have been down that road.

Personally I would delete all partnerships in WDMC or maybe even uninstall it and reinstall it and so from there. But then again you got Vista and I feel so bad for you that you got ripped by Vista AKA Mojave. I did the Vista for a while and it was nice eye candy but not worth having at the exspense of all the un-needed apps and services running in the background chewing away at system resources and processing power and so I went back to XP Pro.
