I got your PM and this is what I can tell you. Both devices must have BT (Duh) and OBEX (Object Exchange). If one doesnt have OBEX then it will not work. So first we need to know what the other device is so it can be determined if OBEX is supported.

Seconly you will need some sort of file explorer that will support sending files via BT. I use Resco Explorer. So I simply go to that folder and select the file and press and hold the stylus on that file and a menu will come up. From it I select Send To -> BlueTooth Recipient and then the next screen does a scan for BT devices close to me and I choose who I am looking for and pair the devices and then send the file. But there again, the key is OBEX and pairing and a support file explorer browser.
