First...

I dont know if its normal behavior, but my GPS seem a little sluggish (in googleMaps at least 'cause its the only program I tried and liked the interface). What I mean by that is during travel, the dot seem to move and stop all the time. The location is pretty exact but the movements of the dot is not very smooth, and when on the highway, it makes the dot seem about 500m or even 1km (worst case scenario) behind my location.

Is there something I can do? Are all the Telus Diamonds do this. What is the best setting for com port and speed (curently at com port 4 and 4800 baud/s)

If I'm corect, I cannot change the com port or it wouldnt work but it must be able to perform better then this!

If anyone can find out what I should do to get it working smoother, please dont be shy and give me some advice

Secondly...

Everyone... How long does your battery last? I find it odd that my battery was dead in a day and all I did was talked less than 5min and played Teeter for about 15min... My e-mail notifications are all set to manual, Wi-Fi is off except at home, Data transfers are off except when needed and only 2 programs are in the task manager (activesync and Profile switcher).

Could there be a problem with my battery?? Is it faulty or the Diamond sucks energy like a german hooker on steroids??

Thank you for your replies guys
Well that's how Google Maps is on the iPhone, perhaps a different GPS program will be better, I for one am downloading TomTom 7 and buying the US map. Also for your battery issue, check for the tweaks around here, or switch to Juicy47's ROM.
