I have tried it in Google maps, live search and IGuidance and they all shutdown and restart my PPC 6800. I'm with Alltel and I suppose you are too and was wondering if you could help me out and direct me to my problem.

unfortunately the only thing i could recommend is a hard reset. do u have a 6800 or 6900? if u have the 6800 make u have the updated rom and radio. there is a link to it on my 1st post. make sure u are installing to memory and not storage card. if u do hard reset, do this try getting this working before u install any other applications. just google maps. try it out and see if it still does it.

Some navigation software uses a lot of ram. if you dont have much free ram and run turn-by-turn navigation software it could cause ur phone to reboot.
