HTC Touch Complete wipe and reinstall.

So I figured out why my HTC Touch was freezing.

I purchased an extended battery with additional cover off of ebay.

WARNING: If your Touch starts freezing check the battery first!

I simply assumed it was a problem with the ROM so I did the official HTC update. This did not solve the problem and it kept freezing. So I found this site and decided to give one of the custom roms a try.

Once the custom rom was installed my phone stopped responding completely. I did the downgrade SLI and unbrick procedure and got it back.

THEN I realized it was the bad second hand battery. So I removed the battery rewiped the ROM and not it stopped freezing.

However, now I am getting Filesys.exe and Device.exe errors all the time and I can't downgrade the SLI.

Is there another way to completely wipe the phone from scratch? I feel like the bad battery might have corrupted some of the filesystem on the damn thing.
