Re: sprint set to unveil htc touch pro& diamond today?
Yes, Sprint Reps are notorious liars. You can always tell when they're lieing if their mouth is moving. Sorry to whomever, if you are a Sprint Rep and feel that you don't belong in that category, as a Sprint Rep.
Just because 99.99% percent of them are liars, doesn't mean they all are. Actually that's not entirely fair, as I've only encountered the ones in Atlanta and the ones at the *2 customer service number.
However, you would think that after all the years of bad publicity of their lack of customer support that they would fire all the dead weight they have at the bottom of the food chain and get better employees here. The couple dozen or so that I've spoke with through the years just seem to say anything to look good/smart/powerful or whatever.... to get you to sign (or extend) the contract, or to be impressed by them, or whatever. When things don't work like they originally stated, it's then blamed on someone else.
sheesh just say "don't know" when ya don't know... That should be part of the training. Rather than "No, that won't increase your bill or extend your contract".
Anyway, all this was to say, don't believe anything you hear from them unless you can get a number of them to agree on it, which is rather unlikely.
