So I recently discovered the extended battery I purchased for my HTC Touch had inconsistant voltage. It would cause my phone to crash almost 6 times a day.

Mistakingly thinking it was a problem with the originally installed ROM I tried getting the official upgrade. Then since it did not fix it I tried some of the custom ROMs.

This ending up bricking my phone a couple of times before I realized that it was a problem with the battery. After a couple tried I got the official rom back but now I can't dowgrade the SPL which seems to be slightly corrupt.

The phone works slightly better but now I'm getting Filesys.exe and Device.exe errors.

Is there any way to completely clear out the phone and reinstall the ROM SPL and Radio from scratch?
