Just make sure you download the re-locker if your going to unlock your phone. Also make sure you understand how the kitchen works and what you are doing, you could get stuck. do your readings before attempting to modify your phone, this will avoid future questions here. Everything you need to know is already posted.
***if you are running stock rom right now and see how responsive your phone is, try one of the kitchens, some of the recomended ones are no2chem, and DCD 3.2.6 They work really well and are very fast.
