I don't think signal strength has anything to do with whether or not SprintTV works on the Touch. It's hit or miss whether or not I can successfully get a picture and if I do, it's gonna be choppy and unwatchable. Yet 6 inches away on my wife's Treo800, with the same 1 or 2 bars of signal, the same channel is chugging along with a very watchable picture. I've come to the conclusion that SprintTV just ain't gonna happen on my Touch. Oh well. The Diamond will be out soon. Hope it works better there...
