This may be unrelated but I had the same issue and found that it was caused by installing htchome-2.1-n2a.cab on the RUU_Vogue_4350_BM_WWE_3.08.666.1_Radio3.42.50_Ship .exe I Install the HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fi x.schen.cab instead and it seems to be fine.
