I have been looking for the same type of program/hack for my Touch. I have been looking all over and no luck
. Looks like several people are looking for the same type of thing because there has bee several hits on my request over here:

No one has answered with a solution yet. I still have my fingers crossed as this is something that I really miss from my other phones.
