One you have to think, how would most sprint stores around the country get the same idea, obviously that is true. 1) yo can't keep exchanging phones and saying they're all not getting good service, so obviously you're not just satisfied with the service, its not the device, therefore you can't keep exchanging it out. 2) of course if you're device is messed up you can return it 100 times. 3) another no brainer, if you receive the wrong device you'll get a new one.

Bingo! I will use the 30 day risk free. My excuse, I need a physical keyboard and Diamond dont got it. I am unsatisfied. I will ask for my money back and not make the mistake of a device exchange. Then.... after a 4 day wait.... Touch Pro time. Honestly.. depending how big the Pro will feel in my pocket then I will decide. And remember... the key is to ask for a full refund. And eat you veggies.
