This doesn't disprove my theory. One you have to think, how would most sprint stores around the country get the same idea, obviously that is true. 1) yo can't keep exchanging phones and saying they're all not getting good service, so obviously you're not just satisfied with the service, its not the device, therefore you can't keep exchanging it out. 2) of course if you're device is messed up you can return it 100 times. 3) another no brainer, if you receive the wrong device you'll get a new one.

General Policy Criteria
› The Sprint 30-Day Risk Free Guarantee allows customers to return their device
within 30 days of purchase or date of activation for a refund or exchange.
› Scenarios in which the customer may take advantage of the Sprint 30-Day Risk Free
Guarantee include:
- Customer not satisfied with network, product, pricing, etc.
- Customer received defective device
- Customer received incorrect device
› Activation Fee and Early Termination Fee (ETF) will be waived for 30-day cancellation
› Customer is responsible to pay any monthly recurring charges for service and/or
usage
› All returns must be undamaged and contain ALL originally packaged device and
accessory components (manuals, packaging, battery, charger, ear bud, clip, etc.)
› If device was purchased through a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) offer, both devices
must be returned to receive a refund.
