Whoooo eeeee!!! Is that after a soft-reset? If so, you've got some cleaning to do. The Titan doesn't have the RAM for all that (shakes fist at HTC for only putting 64MB in this phone). First off, get rid of Slide2Unluck2. It's a memory hog. Use DeviceUnlock instead. I know it's not as pretty, but it gets the job done.

I also don't use the VoiceCommander (voicecmd.exe). If you don't use it, remove it from the startup folder.

I assume that MobileShell .exe is SPB mobile shell. If so, it's going to comsume some of the RAM and you won't be able to get around that.

I am not sure what MediaHubMini.exe, PCommLoader, PhoneServices, QuickDial and udp2tcp.exe are for, but try and figure it out. If you dont use em, get rid of em
