haha i know. i just called in to get the canadian roaming option taken off and to bitch about the POS nokia they gave my grandmother, and by the time i hung up they gave me the 20% loyalty, 2 samsung a640's fro my brother and grandma, and a ppc for me, plus 200 extra min, night and weekends at 7 for free, free raoming, unlimited text for free, and changed our 3 add-alines from $20 a month to $5 a month. i love sprint!! but thats all probably cuz my parents got their first cell phones like 8 years ago with sprint and have been with them ever since
