Not familiar with Moto Q9c but does it have Windows Mobile? I'm quite bias on Windows Mobile OS and also on HTC phones ao I would say HTC Touch but its kinda slow qith 201mhz processor. Good if you don't do multitasking alot. Good enough for me but it leaves something to be desire.
