Odd message when trying to OTAP with Cricket
After flashing my Sprint Vogue to Cricket when trying to dial the *228 I get the following error:
"The number of SPC attempts failed 15 times from the network. Handset will freeze for 1 minute and will then reset" and then the phone freezes up and then resets. Is it not possible to OTAP after a flash?
