However, its good to see Sprint getting employees to learn them through actual real life experience and selling accordingly. When I went into a store last week to ask about the Touch Diamond, the Diamond advocate intoduced himself, said "later in Sept"... Helpful enough guy.
Then I asked about the Touch Pro - he said didn't think they were going to carry that phone. Seemed like he didn't know what he was talking about. So I mentioned "I used to have a Mogul, miss the KB". He said "oh, we ARE going to get a new Mogul".
