I'm kind of a techie person, so naturally if I see gadgets and such my instinct is to 'figure them out,' what they can do, what their limitations are etc. You'd think people who apply for these jobs kinda know they are going to be selling technology and thus should understand what they are selling. Granted, devices flow rather quickly in and out and employee turnover rate can be quite high especially in retail. However, its good to see Sprint getting employees to learn them through actual real life experience and selling accordingly. I'm sick and tired of knowing more about devices, gadgets, computers, and other tech stuff than sales associates just from 5 minutes of looking on the internet.
