From my understanding, Sprint's NEW approach is to be able to assist every customers with ALL questions and matter in store. Remember all stores were closed like 2 Sundays ago??? Yeah, that was a re-training on how they want to stamp out the negative stereo-type we've been wearing for so long about how our customer service has failed the consumer. Now we will be having an advocate for any new phones that deems to have a high demand. My other store lead is the advocate for the Moto Rzar Vegas (VE20) and was for the Treo 800W. They want one person to learn it and be able to show the rest of us how it functions and how the customer can get the maximum benifits from there new handset.
