heres goes something. these drivers are to be used for com mode. most winmob devices have this app already installed which sometimes is called modem link, wmodem, diag mode, etc. these drivers install a modem com port, normally used for dialup connections and also a serial/diag/wdm com port which is making diagnostics and reading/writing cellphone part information from the device. this last port is should only be used by exxperienced users or at least someone that KNOWS what to do with it. hope u guys got it there.
