As some on already stated the problem is coming from the fact that you have 1.20 spl instead of 2.40 or 2.47. Flyers has posted the fix numerous time, I will try to find it for you. Has something to do with flashing a stock pregps ROM, relock the unlock with 2.40. I will try to run it down or have him come post the fix.
