Yes, I tried all that. I figured out what the prob was. After I did the hard reset, I did a soft reset before all the sprint junk started to load, that's what messed up every thing. As soon as I let EVERY thing load, it got a "welcome to sprint vision" message. What a crock huh? They FORCE you in to loading all that BS on your phone!!! Any way, data working now! I told them my wifi was toast as well, They wanted to swap me out with a "touch" NO WAY!! So, I can go to the local service center and swap this mogul out for one that has working WIFI. That's good news!
