If you change that functionality, as many have suggested, I will try out the app again. As for you coming here and trying to help the users here that are having problems, I appreciate it. Really, we all do, trust me.

I managed to get the program working today (sort of). The scanning feature definitely has to go, or at least let you exclude directories from it.
I also have an 8 gig card full of movies/mp3's/pictures/gif's for the GPS programs/weather panel icons etc etc etc etc
Not only did it take probably 20 minutes to scan that, it then added 1890 files to the picture directory so that is useless. Then, I shut the program down & put the phone in a cradle. Ten minutes later I restarted Kinoma. I had not touched the phone at all, but it still insisted on ANOTHER scan which probably took three minutes. Now three minutes may not sound like a lot, but it's an eternity when all I wanted to do was view a youtube video.
I will say this: this program plays youtube videos as well as my quad core home setup..........(it is
WAY better for that than any other option)
This will really be a killer app when they get all the bugs worked out.
