Really it is just how you speak to them. They messed up some of my discounts, so I got them to put me on a new plan and give me 20% loyalty. Still trying to figure out how you get "white gloves" status. I SHOULD be on that...LOL...after all my loyalty and the issues I had when I upgraded my phone to the Mogul.
