I just got the 6800 in replacement of my ol trusty 6700.

I started to apply the latest 6.1 Verizon ROM while reading here about what's available for the 6800.

I realized flashing the new ROM from Verizon was going to be an issue...so, I did not allow the Customizations to run at first boot.

I then unlocked the phone and flashed with Radio 3.42.30
I updated to ROM 20273.

Phone shows:
Radio 3.42.30
PRI version: 1.35_002
ROM Version 3.56

When I launch GPS viewer or Google Maps it sees satellites, but never gets a fix/lock.

Do these symptoms appear PRI related?
