meh i'd like just a lil bit more to consider it enough for an upgrade lol No but you basically hit it on the head... i'd only add the 4gb onboard... i dont even care that it's not removable, I'm still using the 512kb card that came with my mogul! So 4 gigs is a clear upgrade for someone in my situation...

and as someone else mentioned no longer having the raised lip of the mogul is another stroke of genius IMO...
