Yes, I have. If you don't already have it, go to No2Chems website at
http://www.nuerom.com/BlogEngine/page/Pocket-PC.aspx and download the advanced power control panel. It has a great feature that shows you the current being used and the current coming into your device so you can see just how much power is required to run all those radios. With that app I have seen my output up to about 550ma, which is higher than a USB charging cable will give you. I even bought an aftermarket AC charger which claimed to charge at 1amp but have not been able to get more than about 500ma out of it. My OEM charger gets up to about 900ma (it is rated to 1amp), so with it I am able to tether all day and use Wifi without losing battery power.
