To change the city it'll take a few tries. You'll need to go into the throttle config and find the weather tab. Change your city, save it, soft reset. It still may not come up to the right city. If that's the case, just repeat the steps and soft reset. Mine took a few tries but overall it's well worth it cause this ROM is the nicest looking around though its not the most stable yet. Be prepared to do 2-3 soft resets daily at least for now until the new version is available.
