Yes !!! In 5067 it was originally an option, but after an upgrade on the kitchen files it became a requirement... in other words, you couldn't leave it out
what flyers2114 said is 100% correct. and just a heads up, if its a stock application and its not listed in the kitchen, that generally means it's build it (no option to remove) for example - internet connection sharing !!! for the life of me, i cant recall
