Thanks so much man, this post was very helpful. I haven't finished the process yet (reading through everything), and I have a couple questions.

Did you start with the Helmi Apache kitchen, or the LennySh Apache kitchen? Both show in the updater.

If you want to list off the things you have checked in the options list, that'd be cool too (I know you already put a bunch of time into this, and you definitely don't have to take more for that).
