dcd 3.2.5 kitchen and .net framework 3.5 issue

Posted over at xda-developers as well, but looking for max input... I recently used the dcd 3.2.5 kitchen for the first time (after HOURS of work putting my OEMs in and a FEW reflashes because i flubbed something up), but I noticed a problem. Maybe it's just me, maybe I screwed something up, but I can see and have read that .net framework 3.5 is included in the kitchen (I can see it in the sys folder). Thing is, it is NOT in my ROM after cooking. NONE of the dll files are in the windows folder and applications that require puke out. I installed the .net 3.5 cab and all apps work again. I tried adding the 3.5 OEM into the kitchen, but BuildOS b1tches about duplicate files. Did I miss something? As a side note, does anyone know if changing this ugly azz VZW case/enclosure for the phone is possible?
