ok so i need some help from the experts here. i exchanged my touch to a brand new one last week cuz of dust under my screen and ever since i got it my speeds are horrific. i upgraded to the official sprint 6.1 rom and the max download speeds i am getting is 250 kbps. i was getting anywhere from 1500 to 2200 kbps with my prior touch. my upload speeds also are bad from about 500 to 130-180 up now. any ideas on what could be happening? i havent moved or anything so i would assume similar speeds. anybody have any thoughts or suggestions? any help is greatly appreciated. thanks to all
